Pu panel
The thickness is 40/50mm,which make the door panel has excellent mechanical properties, the size is stable, even under low temperature the panels’ strength will not change; the panels’ long-term heat resistance temperatures are between -50℃-+100℃ .
There are internal steel reinforce steel plate (1.0mm thick, and 16mm/40mm width) pre-laid along the panel at the joints, so the hinges could be fasten strongly on the panel to ensure the longtime service life. And also because of that the panel could be cut at any size to assembly doors with different sizes.
The External skins of our panel are PPGI steel which resist rust, and the stability of their painting colors meeting 25 -30 years using life.

Hinged roller holders made of galvanized steel with plastic rollers on ball bearings ensure precise, quiet door travel.
2. wind strut
For the door over 5000 meter wide ,the wind strut will be installed on the inside surface of the door to make it strong enough to resist the wind.
3. Delicate torsion spring balance system
The specification of the spring is calculated according to the weight of the door, which will Offer an excellent balance .the door even could be operated manually.
4.cable break device
In case the cable is broken ,the safety device will act immediately to hold the track and prevent the door to fall down to protect the passenger or track who is passing the door.
5. spring break device
In case the spring is broken ,the safety device will act immediately to hold the shaft and prevent the door to fall down to protect the passenger or track who is passing the door.
6.Photo beam protector
when the invisible beam is broken by passengers ,the closing door will reverse back to the opening position to issue the safety of the passengers.
7.Airbag
When the closing touch the passengers or the others , the airbag will send a signal to the motor ,then motor will take the door back to opening position immediately.
